Customer Support
The position as Customer Support is an additional role to the team of Customer Care. The role will be based in our Copenhagen headquarters and will be part of our Global Operations department, which includes the Customer Care team. The overall responsibility will be to support our Customer Support team in ensuring excellent guest experiences by assisting with customer inquiries, feedback management, and operational support. The objective is to enhance the overall experience for our guests and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our support functions.
The position is a part-time and ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and brand communication within a fast-growing international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling customer inquiries ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Support the Customer Support team in resolving guest feedback and complaints in line with our brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and improvements based on customer feedback.
- Help maintain and improve internal support documentation and FAQs.
- Assist in tracking customer service performance metrics and reporting insights to the team.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
Key Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer support tools is a plus.
