Your Mission
We are seeking a maternity cover for the position of Franchise Supply Chain Manager (Associate) from 1 June to 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, your mission is to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient supply chain operations across all international franchise markets. You will enhance alignment between HQ and local supply chain teams, drive consistency in operational processes, and support franchise partners in maintaining strong product availability, operational excellence, and successful product launches. Through close collaboration with local managers, distributors, suppliers, and our Global Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in building a supply chain ecosystem that supports growth, reduces complexity, and strengthens the JOE experience across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable franchise growth.
Partner closely with Procurement, Product Development, Sales, and local Franchise Supply Chain Managers to ensure smooth, end‑to‑end supply chain alignment.
Monitor inventory levels across all franchise markets to prevent out-of-stock issues, minimize waste, and support strong demand forecasting.
Coordinate with global suppliers and freight partners to secure timely, cost-efficient delivery of goods and resolve any logistical challenges.
Assess, evaluate, and co-select new suppliers with local markets, focusing on quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
Lead and support the roll-out of new menu items, LTOs, and product introductions across franchise markets—ensuring readiness from sourcing to stock availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, distributors, and suppliers to ensure operational stability and strategic alignment.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant requirements across markets.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to local supply chain managers to enhance their operational capabilities.

What you’ll bring
Experience:
- A background in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a similar field - ideally within a multi‑market or franchise environment.
Stakeholder management:
- Strong experience working with international partners and navigating crosstimezone communication.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across markets.
Mindset:
- High urgency, high empathy, and zero ego. You’re ready to get your hands dirty while thinking 12 months ahead.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive meaningful change.
- Confidence working with suppliers, freight partners, and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
