JOB SUMMARY

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Global Operations Junior Associate to support in the transformation and

continuous improvement of our bars. In this crucial role, you will be part of the newly established Global Operations team.

You will assist in identifying, analyzing and improving workflows & productivity across all aspects of our in-store operations. From the

moment ingredients arrive at our stores to the final customer interaction, you will help design and implement creative solutions to

optimize processes, boost efficiency, and elevate the guest and juicer experience.

Every second saved for our +6.000 Juicers across the world is an achievement.

This role will be part-time HQ shifts with the majority of time spent in our bars gathering learnings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Capture timing of in-store operations

•  Observe and record existing workflows and timing in stores (what we call Juicer Fuel). Focus on tasks like inventory receiving, beverage creation, sandwich making and customer service.

2. Identify any obvious inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• By spending time in stores, observe and document any observations on inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Report back to the office and be part of prioritizing the right efforts.

3. Partner with Juicers to understand daily challenges

• Gather feedback from Juicers by going to stores and interview store managers and staff about challenges and solution proposals they face in daily operations. Compile this information and summarize it for the team.

4. Develop solution proposals to optimize speed of service, drive consistency and Juicer engagement

•  Assist in designing new workflow improvement solutions
• Provide insights into optimized bar set-up including equipment

5. Support testing and monitoring of new solutions

• Assist in tracking the performance of new solutions, such as measuring product making time.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably studying part-time or pursuing education alongside work
• Previous work experience in the F&B (Food and Beverage) sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability and mindset to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
