Growth Analytics Associate (Part-time)
The Growth Analytics Associate provides analytical and operational support to the Growth Analytics function, ensuring consistency, structure, and reliability in data, reporting, and follow-ups. The role focuses on execution, maintenance, and analytical support, enabling the Head of Growth Analytics and broader Growth leadership roles to focus on strategy, process design, and high-impact decision-making. Success is achieved through accuracy, discipline, and ownership of recurring analytical tasks.
The role is a part-time student position (15-25 hours a week)
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and models tracking store pipeline, performance, and store opening timelines.
- Support the rollout, maintenance, and ongoing upkeep of analytical tools (Power BI, AI) across Real Estate, Design, and Construction.
- Execute structured strategic and operational follow-ups, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates.
- Support site selection analysis and AI-based scoring models through data preparation, validation, and documentation.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and recurring issues, escalating insights to the Head of Growth Analytics.
- Prepare recurring management updates, KPI summaries, and materials for executive decision forums (C-suite, Growth Committee, Board of Directors).
- Support collaboration between Growth Analytics, Finance, Construction, Design and Real Estate through reliable data delivery

Key Qualifications
- Studying within a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Data Science, or a similar discipline at top institutions such as Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with structured data sets, including data validation and basic transformations.
- Commercial and strategic mindset with interest in understanding the broader context of work.
- Comfortable translating business questions into clear reporting, insights, and structured follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver recurring outputs reliably in a high-paced environment.
- Interest in automation and AI-enabled analytics; experience supporting advanced analytics or AI workflows is a plus.
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI or similar BI tools (plus but not required).
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
