JUNIOR CREATVE ASSOCIATE 

Our global Training team within the Global People Development Department is looking for a full-time Junior Creative Associate. 

The position is a newly established global role. The role will be based in our HQ in Copenhagen and will be part of our People & Development Department, which includes Training, Development, HR, Employee Data, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how we train, develop, and communicate across Joe & The Juice. From crafting engaging video content for operational procedures, leadership training, and manager development to supporting the business with creative materials, your work will help drive our mission toward 1,000 stores worldwide.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING  

• Creating engaging video content for operational procedures, leadership training, and internal communication.
• Shooting and editing high-quality video and photo content that aligns with our brand & training principles.
• Developing graphics, animations, and written materials to support training initiatives.
• Managing multiple projects at once and ensuring timely delivery of creative content.
• Collaborating with different departments to understand training needs and create impactful content.
• Ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and easy to understand for employees at all levels.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and new creative tools to improve content quality.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Manager experience within Joe & The Juice, with a strong understanding of our culture and operations.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and making content that truly engages people.
• Experience in videography, photography, and editing with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop (or similar software).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine work.
• Someone who is self-driven, proactive, and eager to experiment with new creative ideas.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
