Summer Temp - People & Development Support

Are you curious about People & Development, data and how organizations work? Join our P&D team over the summer to explore something new and gain hands-on experience. Whether you're testing out a potential career path or simply eager to learn, this is a great chance to develop practical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. 

This temporary position runs from July through September, with flexible working hours from 20 hours per week up to full-time. There’s also a possibility of extending or transitioning into a longer-term role after the summer. The scheduled working hours will be 20 hours/week up to 37 hours/week. 

What you’ll do:

  • Update and maintain weekly and monthly reports with key P&D metrics (e.g. employee turnover, training, engagement, compliance) on a global scale
  • Assisting with creation of employee engagement surveys
  • Support internal stakeholders with data requests and reporting tasks
  • Work in Excel and PowerPoint, experience is a plus, but training will be provided 

What we’re looking for:

  • Availability throughout the summer (limited vacation is preferred)
  • Able to work from 20 hours per week up to full-time
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal - fluency in English required
  • Open to all levels – no prior P&D experience required
