The Training Manager (TM) at Joe & The Juice is responsible for overseeing the performance of various sub-departments within training, with a primary focus on developing all levels of the moneyball through engineering training processes and frameworks. The Training Manager will play a key role in implementing new training initiatives to ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 


Training Strategy - Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive training strategy for the Operations that aligns with the company's Strategy

Departmental Oversight - Oversee the training departments, ensuring that training programs are effectively designed and delivered to meet the specific needs of each department within the Market.

Training Frameworks - Develop training processes and frameworks that enhance the learning experience and are scalable across the organization.

Training Content - Collaborate with global and regional Training Department to create and curate training content that is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.

New Training Initiatives - Lead the assessment and implementation of new training initiatives to address emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Performance Evaluation - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Budget Management - Manage the training budget for the Market, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective training solutions.

Team Leadership - Lead and inspire a team of trainers and training specialist, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure that all training programs adhere to industry regulations and quality standards in collaboration with the local people department

Reporting - Provide regular reports and updates to both workforce and senior management on training initiatives and performance

We’re looking for a Training Manager who lives and breathes speed, precision, and obsessed by delivering extraordinary guest-experiences. You are obsessed with the details, relentless about efficiency, and passionate about coaching teams to deliver fast, flawless service with JOE energy and smile (We are looking at you, Geo..) . You know that great training builds great culture, and you’re driven to elevate every Juicer to perform at their best, without ever losing sight of the guest experience. You will need the understanding of building the basics before adding sprinkles to the cake. 


WHAT WE CAN DELIVER:

A fast paced environment with the highest volumes across the company combined with an aggressive growth plan for the coming years (Bonjour, 100 stores!). You will be part of a dynamic team that are always curious on development and delivering high performance. The french stores are centrally placed in Paris, as well as on the french riviera (a good tan year around). The French Market is part of the MID-EU region, where the regional office is placed in Paris as well.
