As part of our global expansion, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals to work abroad in Istanbul. This project provides a chance to become an integral part of the new market opening and early-stage operational growth while working with an international support team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for additional International Trainers to deliver high quality training on all Juicer Modules in a campus and in store setting. This includes instilling the brand's cultural values and ensuring that new employees understand and embrace JOE & THE JUICE’s ethos. As an International Trainer, you will play a key role in introducing the JOE culture to the market and ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards.
* Leading by example when working within both Campus and a Store Environment, leading training sessions in groups within campus stations and in store environment.
* Responsible for Campus Training, In-store Training and Campus Set-up in the market. You will be responsible for working with resources such as Evaluation Trackers to follow progress of the local training teams.
* Assist in the development, training and motivation of your team members through feedback, campus training and in-store training ensuring focus on maintaining and improving employees.
* Maintain a safe, compliant and healthy working environment in the deployed market by guiding hygiene, health and safety standards whilst ensuring brand and local standards are maintained.
KEY EXPECTATIONS:
Guest Experience- Craft memorable guest experiences, embodying enthusiasm, attentiveness in alignment with the Joe & the Juice spirit.
Product quality/hygiene- Ensure all products meet company standards, following the product manual for consistency and ensuring operational excellence in every product.

KEY QUALIFICATION:
International Trainer: Candidates should have Training experience or Shift Manager experience and above.
